Newsletters

For our Newsletters, we use the Mailchimp service. Mailchimp receives certain private information that you provide when you subscribe to our email newsletter, such as name, email address. You can opt-out at any time.

Mailchimp uses tracking technolgies to determine which messages are opened or read. If a subscriber has not opened or read an email within 6 months, they will be removed from our email Newsletter list.

eMail and Webforms

When you submit an email request through the web site, several intermediates may see information you provide such as name, email address, subject, and message content. Those intermediaries include our web hosting provider (siteground.com), out email server (gmail.com), and any intermediate servers that relayed the message according to the SMTP ( Simple Mail Transport Protocol) standard.

We purge email older than two years, although emails may be saved longer in our off-line archives or for legal reasons.

PayPal

PayPal receives order, shipping, and payment information necessary for fulfillment of your order. We delete shipping information from our computers 30 days after shipment, although PayPal retains transaction information for longer.
