Payment

Purchase(s) via website for “consultation session(s)” or book order(s) are through PayPal, personal check or money order. All privacy issues are stated in the Privacy Policy section for third parties, PayPal, and Bank of America privacy policy, information retained for no more than one year from time of service. 

Session Appointment Refunds

For pre-scheduled session cancellations, contact us via staff@evelorgen.com at least 24 hours before a scheduled session appointment time to cancel and request a refund.  Please include your name, contact information, invoice number and payment method with your request. Book Refunds

For refunds, contact us via staff@evelorge.com at least 24 hours before a scheduled session appointment time to cancel and request a refund.  Please include your name, contact information, invoice number and payment method with your request.

Refund Process

Please allow 7 days to process your refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending upon your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
