He discusses some of the inner dynamics of Milab Mind Control including the mind control exerted upon sleeping milabs. James also discusses the Hybrid Lycan Operatives used by the military…yes literal werewolf/wolfmen some of whom actually speak english and probably other languages and who wear military uniforms. They exist. These entities have been reported for some time at least as far back as the early 1990s but there seems to be an upsurge in reported sightings. I’ve spoken to a number of milabs who have encountered these wolfmen “Lycans.”
